Caring fee for Babies under 18 months
Registration fee: R 950.00
A Non-refundable, registration fee of 950.00 is payable with your application for babies under 18 months. A yearly registration fee of R950.00 is payable in January.

- The caring fee is payable monthly in advance for 12 months or per year, including December.
- Caring fee is payable in advance before the 1st of each month.
- Children leaving the Day Care Centre by the end of the year are still obligated to pay for December.
- 10% penalty fee per month is applicable if payment is received after the 7
- The caring fee is still payable in the case of absence due to illness, vacation, or any other reason.
The Fees includes the following:
- Caring for baby/toddler
- Educating your baby/Toddler
- Breakfast
- Lunch
- Two Snacks (if full day)
- Liquids: Juice, rooibos-tea and filtered water
Fees do not include:
- Nappies
- Formula
- Milk
- Wipes
- Mosquito repellent
- Sunscreen
- Tissues
- Extra Murials
Payments
- A 5% discount will be applicable if fees are paid annually before the end of February.
- Fees may be settled by an internet payment, or you can swipe your card at the Day Care Centre.
- Kiepieland does not accept cash or cheque payments.
- Please indicate your child’s number and surname clearly on your internet payment to make allocation easier.
